Default Put an offer in on a house today

Here are teh pics:

It is Older (built in '68) and it shows by the interior. Obviously it needs some updating (Walls, flooring, maybe cabinets later, etc) but the price is right (~125k), the location is right (literally less than 5 minutes from my work and my kid's school), size is right (~1600 sqft 3br/2ba) and my wife actually approves.

The only real downside was the master bath (or lack thereof) but I have an uncle who's a contractor who I think can do something with the bathroom. If not, we will live with it. We don't plan on being in the house forever but we (my wife) were sorta picky about it since, realistically, we may be in it longer than that.

Anyway, wish us luck. :x:

Based on the layout, it's pretty easily defensable too.
