Are you happy?
I'm grateful for the friends and family I have and the experiences I've been through. What keeps me going is staying away from negative people, worrying less about trivial shit, and staying focused on the end result. If you find yourself often living in the past, it's going to be a challenge. Break the cycle ladies, break the cycle.
Right now I'm somewhere between meh and happy on the sad-happy scale
h: There are a few things in my life I wish were sorted out, but overall I'm doing pretty good.
I've recently decided to devote myself more to down-time. Just sitting at home instead of going out every once in a while, and it has done wonders for my mental health. Pretty much since early spring my life has been flying by at breakneck speed and every moment I'm not at work my friends are trying to get me to [go out/go on a trip with them/do this/do that]. I just need to sit down and chill by myself and recharge my batteries.

In the overall scheme of life I would say yes.

Lately, it's been rough but overall yes I am very happy.

I'd say somewhat. I'm kinda in a rut right now. I know it'll turn around once I finally get some work and start worrying about that crap.
Like Fire said, I feel like i've got a ton to accomplish. I've got really high hopes for myself, and I've been trying to get there, but it's been tough.
I've done a major 180 in the past 5 years... but my life has totally changed in this period. I would say that i'm less content than I was 5 years ago, but shit, that was high school, without a care in the world.

Yes, totally. I'm marrying the love of my life next summer (/sappiness off), I'm not worried about money, my job is going great, and I have a great relationship with my family and friends. School is stressing me out a little bit, but not making me "unhappy" at all.
I'm a very easy-going person, and have always had an optimistic attitude. The only times in my life when I would have described myself as "not happy" for any significant amount of time would be when I was 11 and my parents moved us from Texas to Colorado and I lost all my friends and moved far away from the rest of our family (which all turned out for the best), and when I was 19 and my girlfriend of 2 years dumped me with no warning (lost 20 pounds in the next few months.) But I'm happier now than ever before.
