Ryan.exe?? virus/trojan

Ryan.exe?? virus/trojan
don't know what it is but norton anti-virus is detecting it as a trojan horse but they are no details about it. No other protection program detected the virus.
Do any of you know anything about it? I wonder what the heck does it do.

run said programs. full search.
Kill it with fire.
And maybe get some actual virus protection in the future?
