So.. took the panel off and managed to get a good chunk bent back (see below) , BUT.. the lower damage is right behind the beam and I didn't have any of the proper tools to do really do much more.. but.. it's a start.

that looks a lot better i would buff on it see how it looks

you could get to sanding and learn how do bondo for the creases its hard to tell how bad it is without feeling it
