Anyone tried this?

I downloaded it yesterday at at friend's suggestion and found it as some pretty nice features.

Name: Track 001
Date: Sep 24, 2009 6:25 pm
Distance: 8.97 miles
Elapsed Time: 50:23.7
Avg. Speed: 10.7 mph
Max Speed: 15.9 mph
View in Google Maps (expires Oct 24, 2009 5:21 PM PDT)

BTW, that time and average speed include stopping at a grocery store for a bottle of water since I forgot to bring my camelbak
