it's projected. The video makes it look alot cooler than it is. When we played it displayed an image on a white felt. The projector above had basically a camera built in and then adjusted for the balls/cue.....I mean it was fuckin sweet, but actually got annoying.

they have these at conventions all the time.... except the image is displayed right on the ground....
there was on at the boat show where it looked like you were walking on water .. was pretty cool..... .the kids there were having a blast.
