There was some town in Cali where Cops were pulling people over for obeying traffic laws. They were giving coupons for free pizzas or something.
Cops trying to find something to do could get dangerous.

thank god this is in a country where guns have been effectively outlawed and not even the majority of cops can carry them. they would never try that here because they know cops would wind up dead or killing civilians who believe their shits gettin jacked.
