First off, i'm not trying to smear anyone.

Jan/Feb-ish I placed an order with them. Nothing major, just some centercaps, lugs, and their plate surround/sticker combo. Everything shipped out minus the lugs. I was told McGard had them on backorder and they'd ship them out ASAP. Wasn't a big deal because I was still saving up for some tires, no rush. Eventually I found out the Weksos won't even be carrying the model anymore and I asked for a refund. I did this first by e-mail. Nothing happened. Fast forward to a month ago, I called and asked yet again for a refund. He (didn't write down his name) said he would look up my order and refund me for the nuts. Said it would take 5 days or so for it to process. This was 3 weeks ago. Since then they've stopped responding to any correspondance by e-mail, and i've called twice this morning and Weksos isn't even picking up their phone.

Any help?

Called maybe 10-20 minutes ago. I know about time zones. I am, however, used to being at work at 7am.

most retail businesses here dont open until 9am... not sure about weksos, but most carshops dont even open til like 10am..................... or whenever they wake up lol
