So they're trying to get me into a new position here.
Pretty funny considering I am about to mail my demo reel to Disney today.
I got called into my boss' office.
--------------------------------------------------------
Them:
"Hey would you be interested in taking X position? Bla bla bla, this other guy trusts you moar to do it. It would require you to stay later, but you'll get your hours adjusted."
Me:
(After explaining my job, what I do, my hours, etc) "I would like a rate and title adjustment. What you are going to have me do is a lot of work on top of my regular duties."
Them:
"We'll see about the title and rate adjustment. Yes, that's to be expected. You are guaranteed to stay on until the end of the show, which should be around February. Once your department starts to die down around November, it will be a lot easier."
--------------------------------------------------------
This all seems so fucking shady man. This company is so back asswards, that they offer me a position first and talk about money later? wtf mate. I dunno. I have until the end of the day to give them an answer. I'm leaning towards no, because I'm already looking for work anyways. I'd also like to see the rate and title change before I make a decision. Just business.

Well I am already on until middle of December, so that gives me a few months. I might take it just for the extra insurance, but I want to have the rate change and title finalized.

Did you feel like you were interviewing for your own job? o:
Did they ask you how you'd like it if you had as many as three people working directly underneath you? o:
