DVR Network
Someone should figure out a way to network DVR's so that you can sign up, search, and watch anything another member recorded.
With enough people, it would give you full time access to pretty much everything on TV....

start over is slowly being added to channels. can't fast forward though :/
with time warner at least.

That would be awesome. They could do it in tiers. You pay for 5 DVR bundles, or 10 DVR bundles. Like Verizon's friends and family plan.

i have access to pretty much everything that's on tv, and i don't have cable. o:
