He likes the rockies, but really, he shouts about the whole damn MLB.

 

When people take vacation, the other personal lines specialist OR receptionist to be specific..and I make sure they have next to nothing to come back to on their desk.

But when I take a day or two off I come back to a fuckton of work in a stack on my desk. Things scattered everywhere. Scribbled notes that say 'see me on this' or stupid shit like that. I expect that if I take care of people on their days off, that they do the same.


That makes me

 

My boss

• clears his throat about 50 times per hour and it's obnoxiously loud
• will pick at pimples/zits/whatever on his shoulders
• looks over your shoulder when near your computer, thereby throwing what he calls corrections into your though process
• Will tell me about his gaming life or personal life when I recall never asking in the first fucking place
• Is giving me a 4 on my EPR because I wore my faded BDU set several times; but hasn't washed his uniform in god knows how long..you can smell him coming from 100 ft!

My job

• Somehow I've become the "go-to" guy when there is a problem that needs fixing when clearly we have others who are actually TASKED to learn that additional duty
• I'll cover much of the slacking the guys below me do (ie not know what the fuck to do on equipment, document maintenance, their actual job, troubleshooting, etc), but cannot expect the same in return because, well, they don't know how
• This one dude's work ethic is soooo fucking poor, but he's a nice guy to joke around with.
• Those i work with who rank above me talk so much shit about some other people, it makes me wonder what they say when I'm not there

I don't think those are pet peeves...more like gripes.
