Let the company figure out why their inventory on this tv is down 1. If they dont contact you within 30 days you can keep it. ( FTC )
Also, what I would do is, call the place you ordered it from and ask if they have in stock the original TV you requested. If they say no, then assume they sent a better model due to TV not in stock.

btw.,,,where did you get this tv? I'm looking at buying a 27 in and hoping they send me a 46 in

1. If I were to buy a TV, I would research the hell out of it. I'd be upset if they sent me a different TV when I already spent a lot of time researching the one I ordered. For instance, if I decided I wanted a 50" to fit my room size the best and I got a 60", I'd be irritated. Even if I did like the TV better, I'd still call and let them know.

More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better.

Just be sure you take it out of the box, set it up, and maybe put a few minor scratches in it before you call them.

So another funny marshalls story, I was there and I bought a whole bunch of stuff with the most expensive item being rock n republic jeans ($109). Anyway, I tallied up the cost in my head to be $310 but everything rang up $195. I at that point thought I just did math wrong (Because I normally do). Anyway, I leave the store and 3 ft from the front door I looked at the reciept and I was 1 item short, the cashier never charged me for the jeans. So then I was struck with a moral dilemma and I asked my gf what she thought and her response was, ' won't judge you if you take them'. But that wasn't good enough for me, so I messaged my friend Frank whose response was 'be happy you got a free gift'. Last, I messaged LABARINTH whose response was 'whatever man, keep them, they are your lucky jeans'.

Needless to say I kept them and I justified it by saying I didn't want to get the cashier in trouble. Moral of the story: people on HAN are generally more moral.

what if you went into a resturant and ate $300 worth of food with your friends. you got the bill and saw that it was for the wrong table and came out to only $125.

a. pay cash and bounce
b. tell the waiter and get the right check.

now...what if during the night the waiter provided shitty service. what would your answer be?

what if it was a place you always dined at?

what if it was a place you would probably never go to again?

what if you were in a liquor store. you are buying some mad dog 20/20 and you see a young mother with a kid in a stroller steal some baby formula and diapers. you have the chance to narc. do you?

now what if you were at some hippy organic market and saw a well dressed lady steal some dehydrated mango packages and a couple boxes of 4 cheese and spinach quiche? would you tell?
