vernors = ginger ale but its pretty much michigan based
it's the shit, tastes way different than other ginger ales, more fizz and its actually the oldest surviving soda.
You should try Blenheim's Ginger Ale...we used to get it in South Carolina, I think you can find it in specialty stores around here...I haven't seen it in too many places, but I don't really look for sodas.

I love Vernors! I used to work at a soup place in Ann Arbor (Zoup!) that had Vernors. I drank it through most of my shifts. h:

way back when they had a bottling plant in hersey MI ... they bottled vernors and crush there and nothing else. used to be able to take a cup down and they would fill it for you for free ... too bad that was before my time, its closed down now but my dad used to go everyday when he visited our family there in the summers
