Publicity stunt/scare tactics. If a chase ever hits 198 the ghetto bird is put to use. Hard to outrun the motorola. Should sell back the z06 back to drug dealers but with gps. :rick:

often times vehicles use in drug actives are required to be destroyed, but they can probably get around that if it's used for police activities. See last weeks Top Gear for example
