Skater used a half guard, then swept and mounted him. Then proceed to ground and pound his ass. I'm guessing he watches a lot of MMA or he knows a little jiujitsu

Looks like the dude was a noob ganger and was told to go after the skater by his boyfriend. Notice how when the dude got jumped his gang bf came over to help until he saw like 8 skaters coming and was like...fuck this.

I doubt that he had formal training. If you look at the throws... there is no power in them at all. but given the weight advantage and the fact that the other kid had a gun, that took guts.
