So HAN would you do it?
have her apply to those jobs, not you, she's much more likely to get it than you.
:chuckles:
she can't find a programming job? how about geek squad or some shit?

This thread reminds me of when I was working RE during the day and pizza at night. Tons of moolah, but I was always afraid I'd deliver a pizza to a client or something, so I quit the pizza gig

If I could find an easy job with a few hours in the evenings that didn't require being out in public, I'd probably jump on it. My other alternative is to get another roommate for a few extra benjamins every month

What Jesse said
If you can't play metrosexual, and you're not super gay, I doubt they'd hire you for anything other than back house work or just at the register. They can't have a bunch of Al Bundy's walking around their stores who can't accessorize. Gotta sell the earrings and the bag that go with the shit she tried on.

edit: just read that your significant other is jobless.
1st thought - I'm in the same boat as you when it comes to having the jobless significant other.
2nd thought - While Bekah is jobless, she understands that if it remains that way, that I'll peace out. So shes doing her best in school so that I dont have to carry the weight for both of us. I'm sure Jasmine feels the same way.
3rd thought - HAN can sound harsh when it comes to their comments about relationships, but its only for the better. dont get defensive (not saying you are, sounds like you're one with your emotions) and take it as good advice from close friends
4th thought - dont sell your transformers to make ends meet. it'll come back to haunt you. if she collected transformers for as long and as hard as you have, would she give them up for you?
5th thought - if you're going to get a 2nd job, at least get one you'd enjoy. selling womens clothes and accessories? srsly?

I did, we had a quarrel about it last night so neither one is talking. I'm considering telling her to move back home until she gets her ish together, but then again if i do that her mom will just end up giving her more money and buying her things.
also what part of this wedding is going to cost you more? is it stuff you added, stuff she added or just unforeseen stuff? i would suggest cutting unecessary stuff at the same time you are looking for this second job.
