Nope, very rarely anyway. However, each and every single time I go to sleep I wake up like 10 or 20 minutes later thinking I was supposed to do something before I go to bed..... that qualifies as pretty odd I think right?.....

what did you call me? :squint:

I get eye twitches or leg twitches pretty often. Only get the full body ones once in a great while.

Not frequently, but it does happen.

What happens to me a lot is my arms will fall asleep and when I wake up they're so numb I can't feel them and can barely move them. That's always kinda scary.

Google "hypnagogic myoclonus". It's essentially when your brain is switching from manual to automatic. My physiology teacher compared it to the power going out in a building and the generator kicking in; it's rarely a perfectly smooth transition. But yes, it can be more pronounced with anxiety and stress. As was said, sex can help decrease it

This is always a trip. I hate that feeling with a passion. Or the one where its just your hand thats numb and feels like its as big as a Mickey Mouse glove and you cant make a fist and you sit there talking to yourself like "why cant I make a fist?"
