Need Advice V.What to do it Toronto?
Just did a one nighter in Toronto with the gf.
Arrive Sat. afternoon, checked into the Radisson on Harbourfront. Walked around Esplanade and ate at Le Papillon which was AMAZING. Had french onion soup for an app, traditional meat pie for an entree, and a sugar pie (caramel) for dessert. Fucking delicious.
Then went for some drinks and walked along the water, crashed early to wake up and do stuff this morning. Woke up kind of late and decided to eat brunch on Wellington Ave (I can't remember the name of the restaurant .. le Select?) anyway, had breakfast sausage, eggs, and homemade croissants. Wow that was fucking AMAZING too.
Then hit up the CN Tower: main deck, sky pod, and glass bottom. Was kinda meh.. Definitely not worth the money to go up. Walked around chinatown, checked out some shopping and then left for home. The gf and I agreed that we wished we could have stayed longer on account of missing out on a bunch of stuff but we'll probably go again.
Anyway, it was a great short trip!

Yeah, the price of the CN tower is a ll up there, especially considering it is packed with ppl, and kids running around. It is more just to say you did it I guess. You guys managed to pack some stuff into a short time though. But it definitely leaves ya wanting to go back.
