89 cent chicken burrito

Tonight my parents are going to be at a nickleback(Gay) concert.
So I get to stay at home with the dog alone
Im making this sub type thing my moms one friend showed me..
Now this makes alot so you have to judge on how much you want but,
you take one package of jimmy dean sausage(that already ground jawntz in the tube)...cook it in a pan on stovetop till brown..then add in onions and peppers(till cooked)...then you drain..mix in 1 thing of cream cheese, 1 thing of sour cream...and spread over a loaf of that fluffy delcious hoagie sub bread...top with cheddar cheese(or whatever kind you like)...place in the oven at 350 till cheese melts.
Its kinda like a philly cheese steak..but large.
Its really amazing.

That amount DOES make alot...
so usually we only make it for parties and get togethers where there are going to be a good amount of people..
I usually cut that recipie in half. That way I can have a little for dinner..and have leftovers for a snack here or there..or for at lunch at work the next day
