If you get pulled over with a suspended license in Cali, they keep your car for a mandatory 30 days h:
It happened to me in the Camaro when I was like 23. Scary leaving my car in that yard that long.

Yea i paid the $175 to the parking authority to get that taken cared of. So we cool now.

I had to pay a $25 License Restoration Fee. I had 2 choices with that, 1 was to get a money order and snail mail it to Harrisburg and wait for them to process it. My other option which is the one i chose is to go to a licensed Penndot tag place and pay extra but have everything expedited. I ended up paying $50 and the fee has already been processed and accepted. I'm now just waiting for PennDOT to process the payment for the ticket i had. The person said since i'm early there's a good chance it'll take 24 hours to process and i'll be in the clear to drive saturday, if not it'll probably process at the latest Tuesday. So i have to make sure I avoid back roads until i'm in the clear.

Now for the speeding ticket. Here's what I have. The cop said i was doing 55 in a 40. Of course i didn't realize it but whatever. He said he's going to cut me a break and make the ticket say i was doing 45 in a 40 zone. That would make it so that i do not receive any points on my record. The ticket is $119. Should I even bother trying to comb the citation over with a fine tooth comb trying to find a way to get out of it, or should i just save the hassle and just pay the fine.

Thank you

He did you a favor. Most judges know that when they see a "45 in 40 zone" ticket that the driver already got a break. You'd have a hard time getting it dropped/waived.
