they have armed guards on capital hill walking around in bullet proof vest with fully automatic m16's. I'm not sure running towards capital was smart. i saw a bunch of Asian tourists set up a tripod to take a picture on the capital stairs and the gunman ran over with the gun ready to point and told them they couldn't set it up. they don't fuck around in d.c.
