it was thundering, lightning and hailing (marble size) on thursday during the middle of the day. i had all the windows open and three sliding doors open. kind of bugged me out

 

I've stared out of windows/doorways/awnings/etc to watch storms since I was a kid.
My living room/kitchen had basement windows. The "ceiling" high thin ones that look out just above ground level and barely let in any light. My bedroom had none.

Great for watching movies and what not in... but that wears off when you realize what you're giving up. For me, anyways.

 

yeh, fuck that, i need tons of light during the day.

i have my room windows blacked out for sleeping.

my parents sleep with no blinds or shades down at all. i mean they do get up at like 5am, but still... it's weird to me
