2 months ago when my dad lost his, ATT just let him sign a new contract and he still had a 1.5 years left on his existing contract.

How much did he have to pay?
They told me to wait 90 days then go sign a new contract and get like 200 off the unsubsidized amount.

Is there like a newb guide for the iphone? I just picked up the 16gb 3gs and can't even figure out how to get it to sync with my computer. Just loads it as a camera.

He just had to pay the new contract price. Of course he has been an ATT customer forever it seems like.
