Cliffs: Chick in my town wants silicone injections in her face, buys $10 bottle of silicone online because she doesnt want to pay for plastic surgery, injects it herself, gets infected and fucks up her face, has to have plastic surgery anyways to try and correct it

At least buy silicon from a legit website or something..the site they showed looked jenky as shit...But none the less why do this to yourself. Thats why you have to be a doctor to do this kind of stuff.
