I typically put relevant job experience, then add any experience, skills, hobbies that could relate as well.

depends on the job. i put the golf course iw orked at for eight years during high school / college on there because .. well it shows i can stick around and work somewhere.

only relevant history. if you're working in a technology field, it's good to show that you have experience ... and make sure what you're listing isn't a dead / overly dated knowledge
