I'm trying to get remote desktop up and running. I have port 3389 forwarded to the correct computer.

I can access it from within my network. But any time i try to use my external IP to connect, or my No-Ip adress, it fails, cannot connect.

I set up my FTP yesterday. Works great internal, external, and no-ip.

Am i forgetting something stupid?

Tried shutting down my firewall. Still nothing. Windows firewall is not online.
