Seems like a good play to me. As someone said "It doesn't matter why my name is in the news. Just that it is."
She has almost the coverage of the MJ death right now. So when she announces whatever she is doing, it's going to be everywhere.

She is a dumbass. One major reason I personally don't like her(Apart from her being a moron and thinking dinosaurs walked a few hundred years ago, and thinking that seeing something through to the end is quitting) is she has a kid with a disability. Yet she cut the budget for special ed and the special olympics. And by cut I mean cut really really low.I wouldn't say she has the coverage, or even close, to the mj death.

She harped on the idea of not wanting to be a lame duck, but this argument completely ignores the heart of the issue: Why aren't you finishing the job you committed to completing? Most likely it boils down to the two extremes: either she's getting out of politics all together (God bless her if she does this, however its unlikely due to her slobbering ignoramus supporters) or she's going to start making a run at becoming president. My issue with the latter is that she would have 2 years after her term as governor in Alaska to handle her candidacy as president. Liberal or conservative, democrat or republican, I am of the school of thought that quitting her existing job just barely half way into her term is a very risky and perplexing move if she is trying to pursue her political career. I liken it to quitting after two years of studying for your undergrad, only to turn around and dedicate your time to applying to medical school. It just don't follow logic.
