I'll be up there July 17-19, mainly for the Pitchfork Music Festival but I should have some time that Friday to do other stuff. What are some things that I should definitely check out while in town? h:

Well, we'll be staying at the Marriott Midway and the festival is being held at Union Park but other than that we'll be pretty flexible as far as where we can go to check out the city.

 

fuck, I really want to go see Yo La Tengo at pitchfork. I went a couple years back, had a blast.

 

So you'll go to Chicago for some lame music festival, but you won't go to Chicago for some HAN love? :eh:
























Don't ask me, all I did was get drunk and wander around the city. The only thing I can DEFINITELY recommend is go to a restaurant called the Publican on the west side.

 

I was probably busy with work or something when you were up there. :hsdunno: The music festival won't be lame...at least I hope not. :hs:
