2010 e550 sport or 2009 e63 in white?
S65 - Twin Turbo V12
I was whippin around a SL55 last night, I love that car. It was hilarious... I was waiting at the stoplight in the SL55, and a Ferrari 355 drives by, azn dude staring at me. Gives me a nod. A riced out NSX is following him, waiting to turn. Dude nods at me, then gives me a "bullshit, that's not your car" look, and then immediately stalled the NSX, starts rolling back and almost hits a bus. I was just laughing my ass off.
e63.

I'd vote for e550. I'm presuming the woman won't care quite as much about the bigger engine in the E63, and the E550 gives you all the bells and whistles of the newer car, plus the body style will likely age better since it's the "current body." I'm also assuming that the E550, at a base price of $56k, will be significantly less than even a 1-year old E63 that had a base price of $87k.
After driving the c63 for a few months, she's in love with the power even though she doesn't push the car hard. She wants the e63 because of this, but with the 380+ horses that the new e550 I don't think power will be a problem. It just all the depends on the body styling. We'll probably go do a test drive in a few weeks and she's probably not getting it until the end of the year or early next year.
