BMW drivers do that. Seat reclined to back seat, hand on 12 o'clock position.

 

uhh, i drive most of the time with my left hand at 12 o'clock. and i wear sunglasses. and i wear a fitted once in awhile.

I always like to look over and see that the vertical brace between the driver/back seat is hiding the driver because they are reclined so far back h:
