overqualified for work you do?
I noticed some of my friends have BS and MS degrees but work at jobs that someone without degree can do. Do you feel overqualified working where you do?

on paper, i am "overqualified" as technically a degree is not "required".... but its one of those things that are highly recommended. and by highly recommended meaning pretty much cant get in without a bs/ba degree. but as far as skills and work responsibilities itself, i dont feel overqualified. if anything, im still learning things and how things are run around here.

overqualifed? no. can I run program, meet organizational and grant goals...easily. however, personal expectations and goals have me working my butt off and always trying to achieve more.
