What is Ceviche? Some sort of south American sushi?

Hmmmm. I think some lemon/lime may be a good addition to some sushi.

Its like a seafood cocktail. I made a simple shrimp ceviche that i cooked before mixing it with the lime juice. Usually the seafood can be raw and the acidity of the lime juice is used to 'cook' it.

I quit drinking booze for a while. I'm on week 4 of nothing to drink. Though on weekends I've noticed my energy drink intake has increased a lot more.
