So here's a sneak peek at the bathroom.
Here's what we've done.
Downstairs water closet - New toilet and new shut-off valves and hoses
Upstairs Guest bathroom -
Tub
Toilet
Plumbing
Fixtures (shower/sinks)
Travertine tile in tub 12x12 with mosaic glass border and shower bottle cutout
Travertine tile 18x18 on floor and as baseboards
shower rod (curved)
towel racks x 3
toilet paper holder
lighting fixtures
re-finish cabinetry
Master Bath:
travertine tile surround on tub
travertine tile on floor 18x18
toilet
Plumbing and fixtures in shower/tub/sinks
Shut/off valves and hoses for all fixtures
tumbled travertine tile in shower with glass mosaic border trimmed with half round travertine
Light fixtures/vents
re-finish cabinetry
Also putting in new closet doors and doing some landscape cleanup.
BTW. new toilets are Kohler Cimmaron "class six" aka will flush ANYTHING. Awesome!!!!!!

I bought the material, did the design and had three guys do all the labor. The cut-out is my favorite thing. Doesn't make sense to do it in a shower stall though.
Just materials alone cost me about 3900. That's tile, fixtures, tub, shower pan, valves, toilets - everything but the cabinets, sinks and countertops.
Factor in my TeamBoB skills so you'll probably pay 15% more.
We don't have sinks in the US. That's a canuck thing.
