So here's a sneak peek at the bathroom.

Here's what we've done.

Downstairs water closet - New toilet and new shut-off valves and hoses

Upstairs Guest bathroom -
Tub
Toilet
Plumbing
Fixtures (shower/sinks)
Travertine tile in tub 12x12 with mosaic glass border and shower bottle cutout
Travertine tile 18x18 on floor and as baseboards
shower rod (curved)
towel racks x 3
toilet paper holder
lighting fixtures
re-finish cabinetry

Master Bath:
travertine tile surround on tub
travertine tile on floor 18x18
toilet
Plumbing and fixtures in shower/tub/sinks
Shut/off valves and hoses for all fixtures
tumbled travertine tile in shower with glass mosaic border trimmed with half round travertine
Light fixtures/vents
re-finish cabinetry

Also putting in new closet doors and doing some landscape cleanup.

BTW. new toilets are Kohler Cimmaron "class six" aka will flush ANYTHING. Awesome!!!!!!

I bought the material, did the design and had three guys do all the labor. The cut-out is my favorite thing. Doesn't make sense to do it in a shower stall though.

Just materials alone cost me about 3900. That's tile, fixtures, tub, shower pan, valves, toilets - everything but the cabinets, sinks and countertops.

Factor in my TeamBoB skills so you'll probably pay 15% more.

I'm not surprised

I just realized that it's popular in the states to have the sink outside of the atually WC. i remeber seeing a couple of place like that. and carpet where the sink/mirrors were LOL

C'mon Jesse, you should already know.

There's a reason they call me "got a homie". Anytime someone needs something, I always "got a homie" that can do/get it for cheap.
