Yeah, because companies aren't there to make a profit. I'm pretty sure if they could make a car that the market wants, they would have.

Now on the other hand. Forcing them to make certain cars that are "green" that don't sell (the numbers are on the GM investor website) tends to be a bad thing.

In general, you have to sell something people want.

not controlling. which they probably are. from what i read. the ceo and company are going to do their business. not the government (which basically is telling car companies anyways what to build with all these new green laws.)

 

But the car company CEO is hand picked by Obama. He already has control over the company.
