That will be cool if it comes to be but I would say thats a bit further out than the next 5 years.

 

I'm watching Microsoft's E3 press conference...it's real. h:
they have some chick playing demos on stage.

 

It is real, I have seen similar technology used for a while now, just not in the public sector.

Looks like they are still working out the glitches though with some of the movements, but that should be able to be fixed with firmware updates as new algorithms become available.

isnt Nintendo coming out with something similar for the Wii to be included with the next Wii Sports release?

They had discussion about stuff like this when the iphone was released. People prefer to have something solid to press against when interacting with software. Pointing to the air doesn't work with a human beings instinct. Cool stuff either way. I'll probably still never buy a game console.
