anyone going to the Indianapolis 500?
I'm working tonight and won't get off until 5:30 am but I think I may still try to go to the race. Get home, take a quick shower and be on the road by 6:30. Otherwise parking is horrendous. Anyway, I know it's probably a longshot but are any of you fools going?

its lost its appeal, but i will one day. formula one race would be first though

yah i saw the end. great story for him. formula one win for jenson and brawn and helio at indy, it was a good race day

Just got home. I've been up for 28 hours and out in the heat all day. It was a great race though and def worth going. Now for a shower, some food, and then sleep. :hs:

Did you notice how much quieter the cars were thanks to the mufflers they're running this year, or not so much? Just curious if you noticed as much as I did during the 1 minute of it I watched before going to work. (I recorded the last hour or so of it though, and may still watch even though I now know who won 
)
