I used a Windsor knot when I used to wear ties...a long long long long time ago...

i use a full windsor when i have to wear my uniform. it just looks cleaner and fills in the collar area.

I very rarely wear a tie so I normally have to refer to YouTube for a tutorial.

I do a double Windsor for ties of normal width and thickness. For skinny ties and ties made with thicker material I do a four-in-hand
