What are the chances that I can call Dell Customer Service and get a price adjustment on a laptop I ordered that has already shipped and been charged to my credit card? I ordered it almost a month ago (ridiculous if you ask me) and I found a promo code that gives me a slightly better deal than the one I got. h:

dell is pretty hassle free when it comes to returns. you coudl always purchase the promo computer and when the other one comes in, call and get an RMA. i did that with a computer from them last year bc i ordered a wcomputer for the wife and it was too large for her tastes.

Restocking fee? I thought I saw where it was 15% or something...

I'd call and try canceling the order, a month is a pretty long time to be waiting even if you ordered something special
