I throw them on the floor and leave them for a few months and then get off my lazy ass and recycle.
:edit: I keep some boxes and styrofoam packaging (printer, for example) so I can pack them up safely next time I move.

I keep a fair range of box sizes in the basement for shipping engine parts etc, if I have a considerable amount in the size that something comes in I break it down and recycle it. Fuck all you assholes who throw that shit in the garbage it takes 3 extra seconds to recycle.

I thought you meant just the shipping boxes. Some boxes I keep...like all my video game console boxes. I still have my NES Action Set box somewhere...

I usually keep them for a while in case I have to send the item back. If the box is particularly sturdy, I'll keep it for future use.
