MEMORANDUM


SUBJECT: INCREASED 2009 STATE TAX WITHHOLDINGS

Because of actions by the State of California to balance its budget, employees subjected to California income taxes will see an increase in the state tax withholdings.

Employees on direct deposit should have seen the increase in taxes reflected in net pay on the April 30, 2009 payday...
