UUC has a breakdown of everything needed. Never heard of a tranny light being on from ecu problem.

UUC is famous for doing R&D on their customers. they put out products that looks good on the outside but was never really tested or engineered well. that's not just my opinion but many others. one example is their DSSR, they brought it out and said this is the next best thing to sliced bread! well they didn't do a very good fitment test because the oem part is bent to clear the guibo, in the end a bunch of customers got a part that they would not install or it would hit the guibo.

I could go on however, the various forums have more than enough examples.

Now as for tonys exhaust, he was stock height and if he did hit something to cause the exhaust mount to tear away from the muffler body... the car wouldn't be running anymore. uuc covered it the first time under (oh shit don't tell anyone what happened warranty) but they wouldn't cover it the second time. he ended up just getting borla? and it has been perfectly fine since.

i know you already spent money on the UUC parts it's already done and over with that part. however, when you say things like alot of people run em with no problems well yeah a lot of people do for now. wait a few months or years after they introduce something new and see all the problems that come up. there is a reason why they went through like 5 or 6 different variation of exhaust for e46, it wasn't because they were trying to be innovative, they had no fricking choice.

Stock 3.23's. I want to go with something smaller, but like I said, the revs are already too high @ anything above 75mph.
And yeah, 5 speed is going to make your car waaaay more fun.

Good luck.
