You guys rock @ answering my noob HTML, CSS questions. So I got a fairly simple one I assume.

I am launching a new Web site on Monday. Basically it's a porfolio Web site for my photography. Up until now, I've only had a blog and a shitty, self made site.

Now, I want to change my blog banner to reflect the change. But when I made a quick, random banner, I got some problems. I assume it's padding that it making it off, but wanted to see if someone could take a look at my problem and my page source and give me a suggestion.

Is it the same width as the old one? It doesn't look like it. The attributes of the old are 716px × 72px
