the workers are too backed up with other prescriptions, you're not the only one :slap:

you got to decipher and type it in. then count it. then verify if everything is correct (dosage, direction, drug interactions etc etc)

Count, double count by PharmD in most cases, any insurance issues and the other prescriptions being filled at the same time.
