IMO the confederate flag is not much different than a swastika, and it has no place here in the present. IMO he could have filed a petition or something better than snatching flags out of a graveyard, but at least he's taking a stand :dunno:

Do you even know what the Confederacy or the Civil War was about? It had fuckall to do with slavery or racism.

 

I would assume they don't exist because we (white dudes) are the most privileged people in our society, and thus have no need to fight for equality.

 

The arguments can go both ways, that's for sure.

 

Maybe enlighten us the Confederate Flag. I'm from Cali, and I knew as a kid to stay away from anyone raising that flag. Good advice, unless you can tell me why that flag doesn't represent a certain level of racial separatism. Stars and bars = :af: :dunno:
