just read in article, rockets coach fined 25k for complaining about refs, portland coach fined 25k for complaining. celtics coach fined 25k for complaining. article here
how here is something interesting i read on another site
"i even heard the announcers on tnt question calls then drop it. you think the nba would do something by talking to the refs. but instead they fine the coaches and tell the announcers not to talk about it."
