What about all the spam email we received in the RR email? I won't pay for spam... I get at least 400+ emails in my rr account.

Time Warner dirty secret. Optimum Online is Time Warner.
Optimum online is mostly long island, so basically Time Warner cable under a diff name.

charter comm raised our bill 2 months ago to 175, then last month to 185. this month it was over 200 dollars.

this is for cable 5mb down, 1.5 up, phone, and tv with hbo, cinemax, and stars. so my dad called up and said he was canceling to go to dish. they chopped it down to 145 and threw in showtime for free for 1 year.

The people have spoken.

They're gone! After outcry, Time Warner uncaps the tubes
After a public outcry and the attention of several members of Congress, Time Warner Cable has stopped its trial of Internet data caps, but not before making "metered billing" a tough sell for all other American ISPs.
