Its sad v.Algebra help
x^4 + x^3 - 7x^2 - x + 6=0 Solve for x's.

The roots are 1, -1, 2, -3 BTW, but I need help with the proceedure itself. I just cant seem to figure it out.

i didnt take Algebra in english but waht does it mean "roots"?
do you mean x^4 = 1, x^3 = -1, ect...?
Probably not cuase i would make no sense

Basically roots are 0's.
IE:
x^2 + 5x + 6 = 0
(x+2)(x+3) = 0
x = -2 , x = -3
