This is true. Even if you scribbled something down on paper, thats your idea and can be copyrighted. But good enough money and lawyers can argue and disprove that.

 

But he's probably got the original screen-prints etc. etc. But someone else could rip off his idea :madr: bastids.

 

But seeing how he has posted them online, thats a time stamp and proof, if someone was to steal his idea from this point on.

 

I bring this up because there is an opportunity for you to create multiple income streams from the ZS label if/when it takes off. Selling licensing rights to print companies would be a good one.

If a company has interest in publishing your intellectual property, they will want to get as much profit as possible while paying you as little as possible. It will happen if you have not protected yourself in every profitable angle possible. Get some good legal advice. Not doing so slams most entrepreneurs => expensive lessons in business.
