I'd recommend using a blogger or a CMS.

if you want to learn how to make websites.. use notepad for a while.

put some time in and learn html, it's not that difficult, it'll make your site better in the long run.

i actually use dreamweaver now, because i get instant updates of what i change in the code.

speaks the truth. its the best way to learn and find mistakes and get consistent.
