I made a batch of jerky through the night had had to wake up twice during the wee hours of the morning to check on it in the dehydrator. That coupled with losing an hour and I am tired and grumpy as hell. Feels bad man.

well i don't, and i hate that crap. I wake up when the sun is out normally. I'll change my work hour in the summer, instead of opening up at 8am I'll open up at 9
